用展成方法磨削修形圆柱齿轮时,通常采用专用的金刚轮对蜗杆砂轮的齿廓进行修整,齿轮修形参数不同,所采用的金刚轮也不同。采用一种外圆带圆弧的通用金刚轮作为修整刀具,可对不同齿廓参数的蜗杆砂轮进行修整,并对金刚轮的修整轨迹进行了规划。在VERICUT中建立了蜗杆砂轮的修整机床模型,对蜗杆砂轮的修整过程进行了仿真加工。最后进行了修形齿轮的磨削加工试验,通过对加工后的齿轮齿面的测量,验证了蜗杆砂轮修整方法的正确性和可行性。
Grinding with the exhibition method of cylindrical grinding gear, usually using a dedicated diamond wheel on the worm gear tooth profile dressing, gear modification parameters are different, the use of diamond wheel is also different. Using a universal circular diamond arc gear as a dressing tool, the worm gear with different profile parameters can be trimmed, and the dressing path of the diamond wheel can be planned. The dressing machine model of worm wheel was established in VERICUT. The dressing process of worm wheel was simulated. Finally, the dressing gear grinding test was carried out. The correctness and feasibility of the dressing method of the worm gear was verified by measuring the gear tooth surface after machining.
