2011年7月20日,姚明带着九年NBA生涯的辉煌战绩在上海召开新闻发布会,宣布退役。至此,姚明运动生涯宣告结束。左脚反复的应力性骨折显然是姚明退役的罪魁祸首。应力性骨折,这是运动员的专利吗?不是的,城市里热衷健身、喜欢运动的人都是高危人群。骨折,那会不会缺钙?看看我们身边吧,从襁褓里的婴孩到耄耋老者,全民补钙已是不争的事实。事实上,缺钙只是骨折诱发因素之一,尚有许多诱因与钙无关。既然我们已然熟知健康的不二法则:合理运动+科学饮食,那今天就来关注,怎样运动才够合理,才能避其害而取其利。
