本文在超微结构水平上重点讨论黄地老虎[Scotia segetum(Schiffermiiller)]幼虫感染颗粒体病毒后细胞器的病理变化与病理学意义。通过对内质网多变化过程和大量多层环膜的观察分析而就病毒粒子囊膜的获得方式提出新的推测和解释;探讨了溶酶体在GV侵染中的变化和作用;此外,还报导了核糖体、线粒体、环孔板和微管状结构等细胞器的病变现象。
This paper focuses on the ultrastructural level of the pathogeny and pathological significance of organelles infected with granulosis virus in larvae of Scotia segetum (Schiffermiiller). Through the analysis of the change process of endoplasmic reticulum and the observation and analysis of a large number of multilayered ring membranes, new speculation and explanation were made on the ways of obtaining the viral particle capsular membrane. The changes and roles of lysosomes in GV infection were discussed. In addition, Also reported lesions of organelles such as ribosomes, mitochondria, pericyclic plates and microtubules.
