与抗抑郁药物抗抑郁作用相关的胞内信号转导通路主要有环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路、钙调蛋白激酶(CaMK)通路。综述了以上各信号通路在抑郁症发病及抗抑郁治疗中的作用,以及中、西药治疗抑郁症的研究概况,并进一步论述了信号通路交汇点CREB及胞内信号通路干预的最终环节—神经可塑性在抑郁症发病及抗抑郁治疗中的作用。
The intracellular signaling pathways associated with the antidepressant effects of antidepressants are cAMP pathway, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway and calmodulin kinase (CaMK) pathway.
