〔话题简介〕最近,山东省青岛市出台了《推行中小学校长职级制改革的实施意见》,对列入校长职级制实施范围的中小学干部一律取消行政级别。按照“老人老办法、新人新办法”原则,学校现任干部的行政级别继续保留,实行档案管理,新任干部不再套用行政级别,由县级及以上教育行政部门归口管理。新设立的中小学机构不再确定机构规格。取消中小学干部行政级别的同时,建立校长职级管理制度,即将校长职级序列分为特级校
