糖尿病及其并发症严重威胁民众健康。多糖降血糖的作用主要通过促进胰岛素分泌、抗氧化、清除自由基、保护胰岛β细胞、调节糖代谢相关酶及升血糖激素、促进肝糖原合成、调节免疫功能等多种途径来实现。桑枝多糖、枸杞多糖、灵芝多糖等,均被动物实验证明有降血糖功效。但多糖的具体结构、临床应用仍有待进一步研究。本文就几种有代表性的多糖进行总结和阐述。
Diabetes and its complications pose a serious threat to public health. Polysaccharide hypoglycemic effect mainly through the promotion of insulin secretion, anti-oxidation, scavenging free radicals, pancreatic islet β cells, regulating glucose metabolism-related enzymes and blood sugar glucagon, and promote liver glycogen synthesis, immune function and other ways to achieve. Mulberry polysaccharides, lycium barbarum polysaccharides, such as Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, animal experiments have been proven hypoglycemic effect. However, the specific structure of polysaccharides, clinical application remains to be further studied. This article summarizes and elaborates several representative polysaccharides.
