目的:探讨知母甾体皂甙元C-25甲基立体异构对滋阴作用的影响。方法:以滋阴中药知母有效成分甾体皂甙元ZMS为原料,通过异构化反应制备其25甲基立体异构体XMS,并观察了ZMS和XMS对T3甲亢小鼠进食量、饮水量和血浆cAMP反应性的影响。结果:ZMS和产物XMS的熔点、旋光度测定值与文献值符合。甲亢组小鼠进食量、饮水量和血浆cAMP反应性显著高于正常对照组,ZMS和XMS明显降低T3甲亢小鼠的过高进食量和饮水量以及血浆cAMP反应性,但两者无明显差异。结论:滋阴中药知母有效成分甾体皂甙元ZMS与其25甲基立体异构体XMS均对T3所致甲亢小鼠升高的cAMP反应性和过高进食量饮水量有显著下调作用,ZMS和XMS之间无明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the C-25 methyl stereoisomer of saponin from Zhimu on the nourishing effect. METHODS: The 25-methyl stereoisomer XMS was prepared from isomazine by using ZMS, the effective component of nourishing Yin traditional Chinese medicine Rhizome Anemarrhenae (ZSM), and the effects of ZMS and XMS on food intake and water consumption of T3 hyperthyroidism mice were observed. And the effect of plasma cAMP reactivity. RESULTS: The melting point and optical rotation of ZMS and product XMS were in agreement with the literature values. The intake, water intake and plasma cAMP reactivity of mice in the hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. ZMS and XMS significantly reduced the excessive intake and water intake and plasma cAMP reactivity of T3 hyperthyroidism mice, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. . CONCLUSION: ZMS, the effective component of Ziyin traditional Chinese medicine Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, and its 25 methyl stereoisomer XMS both significantly reduce the cAMP-responsiveness and excessive intake of drinking water in mice with T3-induced hyperthyroidism. ZMS There is no significant difference between XMS and XMS.
