１９９１年１月～１９９３年１２月我所３３１例肾移植患者中发生深部真菌感染１０例，其中９例为念珠菌感染，１例为曲霉菌感染。经咪康唑或大扶康的正规治疗后，除１例发展为真菌性败血症死亡外，余９例感染治愈，但有３例移植肾因此丧失功能。我们认为肾移植术后应重视深部真菌感染问题，抗真菌药物以大扶康为首选。
From January 1991 to December 1993, there were 10 cases of deep fungal infection in 331 cases of renal transplant patients, of which 9 were Candida infections and 1 was Aspergillus infection. After the regular treatment of miconazole or Tai Fok Hong, in addition to 1 case of the development of fungal sepsis death, the remaining nine cases of infection were cured, but 3 cases of renal transplant and therefore loss of function. We believe that the problem of deep fungal infection should be emphasized after kidney transplantation, and antifungal drugs should be given by Topicam.
