本文对6名确诊为铅吸收工人驱铅前后精液常规、精子顶体酶活力观察显示:驱铅前后精液常规无显著变化,驱铅后精子顶体酶活力显著增高(P<0.005)。结果表明,铅可以明显抑制精子顶体酶活力。
In this paper, 6 routine tests of sperm motility before and after lead excretion were conducted. The sperm acrosin activity showed no significant changes in semen routine before and after lead removal, and acrosin activity increased significantly after lead removal (P <0.005). The results show that lead can significantly inhibit sperm acrosin activity.
