大蒜是我国南北各地普遍栽培的蔬菜。对其生物学特性及生长发育规律,国内外曾有过较多的观察和研究。本试验是对我省中北部地区种植面积较大的紫皮蒜和狗牙蒜在春播条件下的生长发育动态及主要器官的植物解剖结构所做的观察。一、材料与方法试验于1977~1978年在铁岭和沈阳本院农场进行。品种为开原紫皮蒜和八面城狗牙蒜。1977年于4月7日播种,7月17日收获;1978年于4月5日播种,紫皮蒜7月16日收获,狗牙蒜7月31日收获。出芽后每7天取样5株,称量根、假茎、叶片、蒜头、鳞芽,蒜苔等的鲜重、干重;计数弦状根的条数,叶片数;并估算叶面积;记载烂母、花芽和鳞芽分化、抽苔的日期;观察主要器官的解剖学结构。
Garlic is commonly cultivated vegetables throughout our country. For its biological characteristics and the law of growth and development, there have been more observations and researches at home and abroad. This experiment is to observe the growth and development dynamics and the anatomical structure of the major organs under the condition of spring sowing in the northern part of our province. I. Materials and Methods Experiments were conducted at Tieling and Shenyang Hospital farms from 1977 to 1978. Varieties for the original purple garlic and Bacheng city dog teeth garlic. Sown on April 7, 1977, harvested on July 17, sown on April 5, 1978, purple garlic harvested on July 16, and gizzard garlic harvested on July 31. Five samples were taken every 7 days after budding, and the fresh weight and dry weight of root, pseudostem, leaf, garlic bulb, garlic bud and the like were weighed; the number of chordal roots and leaves were counted; leaf area was also estimated; Mother, bud and flower bud differentiation, bolting date; observe the anatomy of the main organs.
