创新人才是推动中小企业创新活动、提高中小企业创新能力的关键。首先介绍中小企业创新人才的相关理论,包括中小企业创新人才的定义、类型以及创新人才应该具备的九点素质。分析了我国中小企业创新人才匮乏的现状,中小企业不但科技人员少等问题,建立有效的创新激励机制;引进人才与盘活存量资源结合;加强中小企业员工的培训;整合创新管理与组织;营造具有创新理念的中小企业文化氛围等应对策略。
Innovative Talents are the Key to Promoting Innovative Activities of SMEs and Improving the Innovative Ability of SMEs.
