委托公证是指公证机构依据当事人的申请,根据当事人提供的相关材料,依法证明委托人授权他人以自己的名义实施民事法律行为的意思表示的真实性、合法性的活动。这种将当事人的授权意思表示以书面形式,并经过法律程序审查予以证明的文件被相关机构和个人普遍采用,受到社会的一致认同,现已广泛应用于银行、房产管理、交易等部门。与此同时,近年来,随着各公证处办理该项业务数量不断增加,委托书公证中也出现了许多问题,有的纠纷已涉及诉讼。本文就办理委托公证实践中经常出现的问题及其风险防范措施进行了分析和探讨。

This article analyzes and discusses the problems often encountered in the commissioned notary practice and its risk prevention measures.
