基于对苏北5市农村小学使用苏教版美术新教材的实证研究表明:新教材在苏北农村小学美术教学中虽然得到全面使用,但由于农村地区受经济所限,学校教育教学资源与新教材部分课题设计意图之间存在着明显矛盾,而且专职专任美术教师少,兼职美术教师的专业知识基础和教育观念短期内难以适应教材编写的目标要求。有效推行新课程标准和使用好新教材可采取以下对策:基于教材,分层细化,提升兼容性;基于师生,多重研训,关注生长性;基于教学,联合交流,实践共享性。
Based on the empirical study of the use of the Soviet version of art new textbooks in 5 rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu Province, this paper shows that although the new textbooks are fully used in fine arts teaching of rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu Province, due to the limited economy in rural areas, the school teaching resources and new There are obvious contradictions between the design intent of the textbooks and some of the specialized art teachers. It is difficult for the part-time art teachers to adapt their professional knowledge and education concepts in the short term to the target requirements of the textbook compilation. Effective implementation of the new curriculum standards and the use of new materials can take the following countermeasures: based on textbooks, layers and refinement to enhance compatibility; based on teachers and students, multiple training, concerned about the growth of; based on teaching, joint exchange, practice sharing.
