目的分析血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达量与冠状动脉不稳定斑块的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附方法分别检测我院自2009年4月至2010年5月期间收治的急性心肌梗死患者(甲组)与稳定型心绞痛患者(乙组)患者的血清MCP-1表达水平。结果在治疗前,甲组24例患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1水平为(21.5±2.4)ng/L,乙组为(15.4±2.2)ng/L,甲组明显高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;甲组患者发病后为(17.2±2.2)ng/L,比发病前(21.5±2.4)ng/L明显下降(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清中MCP-1表达水平显著上升,是体现斑块不稳定性的主要指标之一。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and unstable plaque in coronary artery. Methods The levels of serum MCP-1 in patients with acute myocardial infarction (Group A) and patients with stable angina (Group B) admitted to our hospital from April 2009 to May 2010 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Before treatment, the level of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 in group A was (21.5 ± 2.4) ng / L and that in group B was (15.4 ± 2.2) ng / L, which was significantly higher in group A than in group B (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. The incidence of group A was (17.2 ± 2.2) ng / L after onset, which was significantly lower than that before onset (21.5 ± 2.4) ng / L Statistical significance. Conclusion MCP-1 expression in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction is significantly increased, which is one of the main indicators of plaque instability.
