根据先进核电站研发现状及发展趋势,研究了核电技术评价决策方法,建立了核电站技术评价指标体系,并在此基础上,开发界面清晰、直观,操作简便、灵活的先进核电站专家表决系统。采用现代系统评估理论的层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,并应用模糊综合分析法定量评价了近期可能在中国建造的数种核电站技术,评价结果可为国家核电规划机构和业主决策层选择新建核电站提供技术参考。
According to the status quo and development trend of advanced nuclear power plant research and development, this paper studies the decision-making method of nuclear power technology evaluation and establishes the technical evaluation index system of nuclear power plant. On this basis, it develops an advanced voting system of nuclear power plant experts with clear, intuitive interface, easy operation and flexibility. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of evaluation index, and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to quantitatively evaluate several recent nuclear power station technologies that may be constructed in China. The evaluation results may select new construction for NPPO and owner decision-making layer Nuclear power station to provide technical reference.
