我国重视中小学教育的发展,中小学教师的管理在整个教育管理中的作用是非常关键的,会直接影响到教师教学质量,对中小学的发展发挥至关重要的作用。为了加强对中小学教师的管理,应建立有效的约束和激励机制,通过该机制来规范和约束教师的行为,达到激励的效果,可提高学校管理水平,为教育事业发展保驾护航。通过对约束和激励机制重要性的分析,建立该机制刻不容缓。本文就中小学在教师管理方面如何建立有效的约束和激励机制进行了分析与探究。
China attaches importance to the development of primary and secondary education. The role of primary and secondary school teachers in the management of education as a whole is very crucial. It will directly affect the quality of teachers’ teaching and play a crucial role in the development of primary and secondary schools. In order to strengthen the management of primary and secondary school teachers, we should establish effective restraint and incentive mechanism, regulate and constrain teachers’ behavior through the mechanism, and achieve the effect of encouragement. It can improve the school management level and escort the development of education. Through the analysis of the importance of constraints and incentives, it is imperative to set up this mechanism. This article analyzes and probes into how to set up effective restraint and incentive mechanism in teacher management in primary and secondary schools.
