通过使用箱式电阻炉并向其中通入天然气、氧气和空气等气体来模拟加热炉内富氧燃烧时钢坯的氧化烧损过程,从而得到炉膛气体中氧含量和炉膛温度对钢坯氧化烧损率的影响状况。结果表明:炉内助燃空气含氧量的升高会加剧钢坯的高温氧化;高温区温度对钢坯的氧化影响大于助燃空气含氧量对其的影响,从1 000℃到1 200℃,虽然温度只提高了200℃,但钢坯的氧化增量却增加了2倍多;此外,低温区(<900℃)气体中氧含量对钢坯氧化的影响很小。
