目的探究电刺激阴茎海绵体神经测定海绵体内压(简称电刺激法)评价大鼠阴茎勃起功能在2型糖尿病大鼠模型中的应用。方法选清洁级雄性Wister大鼠40只,随机选择10只为对照组,标准饮食,余30只为实验组,予高脂高糖饮食,4周后予腹腔注射链脲佐菌素25mg/Kg/d,连续两天,筛选出10只2型糖尿病大鼠。两组均电刺激阴茎海绵体神经后测量海绵体内压(ICP)和平均颈动脉压(MAP),重复3次,每次间隔5min。结果糖尿病组大鼠3次测量ICP和MAP的结果无差异(P>0.05),正常组3次测量亦无差异(P>0.05),糖尿病组和正常组组间每次测量ICP和MAP的结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论电刺激阴茎海绵体神经海绵体内压测定法在2型糖尿病大鼠模型中应用稳定,客观,灵敏,可反复,是评价2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍(ED)的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the application of electrical stimulation of penis intracavernous pressure (referred to as electrical stimulation) to evaluate the erectile function in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty clean-grade male Wister rats were randomly selected. Ten rabbits were randomly selected as the control group. The standard diet and the remaining 30 rabbits were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet. After 4 weeks, streptozotocin (25 mg / kg / d) For two consecutive days, 10 type 2 diabetic rats were screened. In both groups, intracavernous pressure (ICP) and mean carotid artery pressure (MAP) were measured after electrical stimulation of the penis nerve, and were repeated 3 times with an interval of 5 minutes. Results There was no significant difference in the ICP and MAP measurements between the diabetic group and the normal group (P> 0.05). There was no difference between the normal group and the normal group (P> 0.05) The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Electro-stimulated intracavernous intracavernous pressure measurement in corpus cavernosum is a stable, objective, sensitive and repeatable method for type 2 diabetic rats. It is an ideal method to evaluate erectile dysfunction (ED) in type 2 diabetic rats.
