目的分析油田测井工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率。方法对156名某油田测井工人(放射组)和60名健康成人(对照组)进行人均年剂量当量和外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变检测,并进行比较。结果 (1)放射组染色体细胞畸变率(0.60%)、染色体型畸变率(0.28%),单体型畸变率(0.37%),无着丝粒断片发生率(0.56%)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)放射工龄5~年组的“双+环”畸变率(0.10%)高于放射工龄15年以上组(0.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)中子人均年剂量当量0.20 m Sv以上组的各类型畸变率最高,细胞畸变率(1.16%)、单体型畸变率(0.55%)、体型畸变率(0.61%)、“双+环”畸变率(0.13%)、无着丝粒断片发生率(1.03%)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论油田测井工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率升高,而且中子人均年剂量当量较高的工人染色体各类型畸变率较高。
Objective To analyze the chromosome aberration rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in oil well logging workers. Methods Per capita annual dose equivalent and peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration of 156 oil well logging workers (radiation group) and 60 healthy adults (control group) were detected and compared. Results (1) The chromosome aberration rate (0.60%), chromosome aberration rate (0.28%), haplotype aberration rate (0.37%), and the incidence of apomixis fragments (0.56%) in radiotherapy group were significantly higher than those in control Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); (2) The “double + ring” aberration rate (0.10%) in radiographic age group was higher than that in radiological age group more than 15 years (P <0.05). (3) The mean aberration rate of all types of neutrons with the annual equivalent dose of 0.20 m Sv was highest (1.16%), haplotype aberration rate (0.55%), body size The aberration rate (0.61%), “double + ring” (0.13%), and the incidence of aponeurotic fragments (1.03%) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The chromosome aberration rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte increased in oil logging workers, and the high rate of chromosome aberration in workers with higher equivalent dose of neutron per annum was higher.
