目的通过分析眶上筛房在 CT 和鼻内镜下的临床特征,进一步阐明眶上筛房和额窦引流通道的关系。方法通过术前评估冠状位和水平位 CT 和术中鼻内镜所见,确诊眶上筛房5侧(男4例,女1例,每例1侧)。结果①眶上筛房在冠状位 CT 上表现为额窦区域最外侧的气房;②眶上筛房在水平位 CT 上表现为额窦后外方的气房;③鼻内镜下见额窦和眶上筛房均引流至前筛顶部,眶上筛房的引流通道位于额窦引流口的后外方,眶上筛房向外上方气化,从后方进入额窦。结论CT 和鼻内镜观察证实眶上筛房是位于筛泡上方的气房向上、向外延展过程中,超过了筛骨眶板和筛顶的范围,导致额骨眶板气化而成。
Objective To further clarify the relationship between the supraorbital roof and frontal sinus drainage by analyzing the clinical features of the supraorbital screen in CT and endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Coronal and horizontal CT and intraoperative nasal endoscopy were used to determine the 5 sides of the supraorbital uterus (4 males and 1 females, 1 patient in each case). Results ①The superior orbital supraorbital esophagus showed the outermost frontal sinus of the frontal CT on the coronal CT; ② The supraorbital esophageal showed at the horizontal CT the external air space of the frontal sinus; ③ The amount of nasal endoscopy The sinus and supraorbital sphincter are drained to the top of the anterior sclera, and the drainage channel of the supraorbital sphincter is located at the posterior outside of the frontal sinus. The supraorbital esophagus is vaporized outwards and outwards and enters the frontal sinus. Conclusion CT and endoscopic observation confirmed that the supraorbital sphincter is located above the sieve bubble in the upward and outward expansion of the process beyond the range of the ethmoid orbital plate and the top of the screen leading to the frontal orbital plate gasification.
