本文主要概述了国有煤炭企业的多经三产在发展中的难点:老传统、老观念束缚企业发展;设备老化,需要更新或进行革新,以适应现有业务市场的要求;分流到多种经营企业的人员较多,年龄大、无技术、素质低;资金缺乏.同时通过调查研究,提出几点改革建议:进一步深化改革,建立和完善有利于经济效益增长的企业运行机制;提高人员素质,调动职工积极;突出资本运营,提高企业经营水平;科技成果转化;敢于创新;从政策方面给予扶持.目的是认清多经三产发展的瓶颈,找出适合企业发展的方法。
