四跨膜蛋白超家族(TM4SF)跨膜连接蛋白参与调节细胞生长、迁移和黏附效应,并与整合素结合形成跨膜复合体,调节细胞与细胞外基质的信号转导,在肿瘤细胞转化、生长、侵袭及转移过程中起重要作用。本文对近年来关于TM4SF家族的结构、与整合素结合的相关机制及与人类肿瘤转移的相关性研究简要综述。
Transmembrane junction proteins of the four-transmembrane protein superfamily (TM4SF) are involved in the regulation of cell growth, migration and adhesion, and they are combined with integrins to form transmembrane complexes that regulate the signal transduction of cells and extracellular matrix. In the process of tumor cell transformation, Growth, invasion and metastasis play an important role in the process. This review summarizes recent studies on the structure of the TM4SF family, the mechanisms involved in integrin binding, and their relationship to metastasis to human tumors.
