1 引言铜管因其耐腐蚀、导热性能良好而被用于火力发电厂凝汽器中。由于制造缺陷、安装碰伤、循环水质以及其他多种因素,常导致凝汽器铜管发生泄漏。从而导致凝结水硬度升高,锅炉受热面管结垢,使管子发生爆漏,威胁机组的安全运行。为了确定铜管泄漏的位置,电厂通常采用灌水、蜡烛等手段来检出泄漏的铜管,但是这种方法不能准确地判断缺陷及其位置和大小。因此,如何快速准确地检验在役铜管,对确保机组安全运行,减少电厂被迫停机的次数和时间,提高经济效益,都是十分重要的。
1 Introduction Due to its corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity, copper tubes are used in power plant condensers. Due to manufacturing defects, bumps installed, circulating water quality and many other factors, condenser tubes often leak. As a result, the hardness of the condensate will increase, and the scale of the heated surface tube of the boiler will be fouled and the tube will explode and leak, threatening the safe operation of the unit. In order to determine the location of the copper tube leakage, the power plant usually used to detect the leakage of copper pipes, but this method can not accurately determine the defect and its location and size. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately test the copper pipe in service is very important to ensure the safe operation of the unit, reduce the number and time of power plant shutdown and improve the economic efficiency.
