目前国内的氨制冷系统一般都是采用四重管式放空气器排放系统中的不凝结气体。使用这种类型的放空气器,操作时虽然烦琐些,但对清除系统中的不凝结气体还是十分有效的。但近几年来一些制冷的大厂、老厂的氨制冷系统,因操作人员图方便,采取拆开冷凝器的安全阀,利用安全阀的控制阀直接排放混合气体。而已经安装好的四重管式放空气器却无人使用。我认为,利用安全阀的控制阀放空气是不宜提倡的。因为: 一、在氨系统正常工作的情况下,从压缩机刚排进冷凝器的高温高压汽体尚末完成热交
