目的:比较凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏装置测定一次性筷子中二氧化硫的效果。方法:采用凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏装置蒸馏一次性筷子中二氧化硫,按GB/T 5009.34-2003第二法测定样品中的二氧化硫含量,两法测定结果进行比较。结果:凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏装置蒸馏法测定结果一致,经统计学处理,差异无显著性。结论:采用凯氏定氮仪蒸馏测定一次性筷子中二氧化硫,方法简便、省时,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To compare the effect of sulfur dioxide in disposable chopsticks by Kjeldahl apparatus and glass distillation apparatus. Methods: The sulfur dioxide in disposable chopsticks was distilled by Kjeldahl apparatus and glass distillation apparatus. The content of sulfur dioxide in the sample was determined by the second method of GB / T 5009.34-2003. The results of the two methods were compared. Results: The results of Kjeldahl apparatus and glass distillation apparatus were the same. The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The determination of sulfur dioxide in disposable chopsticks by Kjeldahl apparatus is simple and convenient, time-saving and the result is accurate and reliable.
