HBV serum markers (HBVM) is used for many years to determine the indicators of HBV infection. In recent years, dot blot hybridization, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) qualitative and quantitative detection of the use of people in the past from the HBVM formed the concept of change. In this paper, we also detected the serum HBVM, dot blot and HBVDNA in 66 cases of HBV infection and 28 cases of antiviral therapy.
