目的:探讨成纤维细胞生长因子-21(FGF-21)对2型糖尿病大鼠心肌炎症因子的影响。方法:采用高热量脂肪饮食联合小剂量链脲佐菌素建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分成2型糖尿病组与FGF-21治疗组,并与正常对照组比较。测定三组间大鼠血浆及心肌组织葡萄糖糖、胰岛素、FGF-21、脂质产物及炎症因子水平的变化。结果:2型糖尿病组血糖、胰岛素、游离脂肪酸(FFAs)、甘油三酯、FGF-21及炎症因子平均水平较其他两组显著增高(P<0.05)。FGF-21治疗组血糖、胰岛素、FFAs、甘油三酯及炎症因子平均水平较2型糖尿病组显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组无差异。结论:FGF-21可以改善2型糖尿病大鼠心肌炎症因子水平,并参与调控2型糖尿病代谢紊乱。
Objective: To investigate the effects of fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF-21) on myocardial inflammatory cytokines in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was established by using high caloric fat diet combined with low dose of streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: type 2 diabetes mellitus and FGF-21 treatment group, and compared with normal control group. The levels of glucose, insulin, FGF-21, lipid products and inflammatory cytokines in plasma and myocardium of rats were measured. Results: The average levels of blood glucose, insulin, free fatty acids (FFAs), triglycerides, FGF-21 and inflammatory cytokines in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in other two groups (P <0.05). The mean levels of blood glucose, insulin, FFAs, triglycerides and inflammatory cytokines in FGF-21 treatment group were significantly lower than those in type 2 diabetes mellitus group (P <0.05), but not in control group. Conclusion: FGF-21 can improve myocardial inflammatory cytokines in type 2 diabetic rats and participate in the regulation of metabolic disorders in type 2 diabetic rats.
