对三种石墨材料与金属Cr17Ni2配对摩擦副的静摩擦系数进行了测试,测定了不同温度、载荷、润滑方式下的静摩擦系数.试验发现:温度对静摩擦系数的影响较小;油润滑条件下的静摩擦系数最小,于摩擦时的静摩擦系数次之,蒸馏水润滑时的静摩擦系数最大;静摩擦系数不是简单的随载荷的增加而减小.对不同润滑方式下静摩擦系数的变化进行了初步探讨.试验对重要场合下使用的摩擦副的选材和设计提供了重要依据,确定了合适的材料.
The static friction coefficient of three kinds of graphite materials and metal Cr17Ni2 pair friction pair was tested, and the static friction coefficient under different temperature, load and lubrication mode was measured.The results show that the temperature has little effect on the static friction coefficient, the static friction under oil lubrication condition The coefficient of friction is the smallest, the coefficient of static friction is the second, and the coefficient of static friction is the largest when distilled water is lubricated; the coefficient of static friction is not simply decreased with the increase of load. The change of static friction coefficient under different lubrication modes is discussed preliminarily. Occasionally used in the selection and design of the friction pair provides an important basis for determining the appropriate material.
