水泥路面在使用若干年后,会在环境和荷载的作用下出现板底脱空,影响水泥路面的使用寿命。本文首先分析了板底脱空的机理,然后采用落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)和贝克曼梁(BB)法测得了不同水泥板块的弯沉值,并通过回归分析建立了两者间的关系。通过对比不同板底脱空的确定方法发现,采用FWD截距法判断水泥板板底脱空具有较高的识别率,明显优于其它两种方法。根据压浆实测板底脱空状态,确定了本条检测路段的脱空FWD弯沉评定标准。
After several years of use of cement pavement, under the action of environment and load, there will be emptying of the bottom, affecting the service life of cement pavement. In this paper, the mechanism of void at the bottom of the slab is analyzed. Then, the deflection values of different slabs are measured by falling-weight deflectometer (FWD) and Beckman beam (BB) method. relationship. By comparing different methods of determining the void of plate bottom, it is found that using FWD intercept method to judge void of cement slab bottom has higher recognition rate, which is obviously superior to the other two methods. According to the measurement of void state at the bottom of grout, the standard of evaluation of the undamped FWD deflection of this section was determined.
