国有企业特殊用工形式引发的矛盾,成为企业管理的课题。长庆油田分公司第四采气厂党组织通过“管理突出民意、精神关爱超越物质激励、生产过程就是帮助员工的过程”等形式进行了探索。在机制没有改变的情况,帮助多种用工形式的员工实现自我价值,取得合作双赢的效果,构建了和谐的劳动关系。
