目的:研究牛蒡子配方颗粒的最佳制粒工艺,提高颗粒得率。方法:以颗粒得率为评价指标,对牛蒡子膏粉的水分、干法制粒机的挤压压力、挤压速度、送料速度进行优化,最终确定牛蒡子配方颗粒的最佳制粒条件,并以颗粒得率、堆密度、粒度、水分为评价指标,对优化后的工艺进行验证。结果:牛蒡子配方颗粒最佳工艺条件为:膏粉水分4%,挤压压力12MPa,挤压速度18r/min,送料速度22r/min。结论:优化后的工艺颗粒得率明显提高,为牛蒡子配方颗粒的生产提供了理论支持。
Objective: To study the best granulation process of Arctium lappa formula granule and to improve the yield of granule. Methods: The granulation yield was taken as the evaluation index to optimize the water content of burdock seed powder, the extrusion pressure, the extrusion speed and the feed speed of the dry granulator. Finally, the optimum granulation conditions of Arctium lappa The particle yield, bulk density, particle size and water content were used as evaluation indexes to verify the optimized process. Results: The optimum conditions for Arctium lappa formula granules were as follows: cream powder moisture 4%, extrusion pressure 12MPa, extrusion speed 18r / min, feeding speed 22r / min. Conclusion: The yield of the optimized process particles is obviously increased, which provides theoretical support for the production of Arctium barillata granules.
