基于广州市某桥梁施工工程高支模在施工中的自动化监测成果,建立高支模在桥梁施工中的变形与混凝土浇筑的回归模型。通过与实测变形数据的对比分析,说明了所建立回归模型的有效性。将高支模自动化变形监测与混泥土浇筑方量和浇筑速度结合起来,可以进行高支模变形的物理解释和预报,为指导高支模施工提供安全保障。对于类似工程的变形监测具有一定的参考应用价值。
Based on the results of automatic monitoring of high-rise formwork of a bridge construction project in Guangzhou City, a regression model of high-formwork deformation in bridge construction and concrete placement was established. Through the comparison with the measured deformation data, the validity of the established regression model is demonstrated. The combination of high-module automatic deformation monitoring and concrete pouring square and pouring speed can make the physical interpretation and prediction of high-branch mode deformation and provide security for guiding the construction of high-branch mode. Deformation monitoring for similar projects has a certain reference value.
