考虑到实际生产过程中不可避免地存在建模误差及干扰噪声,提出了结合全局解析冗余关系法和指数加权移动平均(EWMA)滤波技术与自适应阈值评价法传感器微小故障检测与隔离方法。介绍了三容水箱混杂系统可能出现的微小故障,并分析了三容水箱系统的结构及特点。利用混合键合图模型的全局解析冗余关系方法产生残差,再通过EWMA滤波技术和自适应阈值评价残差,实现传感器微小故障的检测与隔离。最后利用20-sim键合图仿真软件和Matlab联合仿真,验证了该方法在传感器微小故障检测与隔离的可行性。
Taking into account the inevitable modeling errors and interference noises in the actual production process, this paper presents a method of sensor detection and isolation based on the combination of global analysis redundancy method, exponential weighted moving average (EWMA) filtering and adaptive threshold evaluation. This paper introduces the minor faults that may occur in the mixed system of three-tank, and analyzes the structure and characteristics of the three-tank system. Residuals are generated by using the method of global analysis and redundancy of the mixed bond graph model, and residuals are evaluated by EWMA filtering and adaptive threshold to detect and isolate the sensor tiny faults. Finally, 20-sim bond graph simulation software and Matlab co-simulation were used to verify the feasibility of this method in the detection and isolation of small sensor faults.
