作为桥梁管理系统的一部分,传感器网络能够为检测和评估桥梁状况提供数据支持。无线传感器网络(WSN)相对于传统传感器网络在传感、布线、安装成本和可扩展性方面具有发挥巨大优势的潜力。然而,无线传感器网络在电源、数据带宽和稳定性方面存在缺陷。在费里比公路大桥(3跨钢筋混凝土桥)上安装的无线传感器网络由7个节点和1个网关组成,其中3个节点测量梁底板处的裂缝宽度,另外3个节点测量支座的倾角,这6个节点同时还可测量温度及相对湿度;第7个节点被置于网关箱中用于测量温度。测试数据显示传感器的稳定性满足长期使用的要求。目前,该系统只能用于钢筋混凝土桥的监测。
