无缝线路在我国已铺设约4,000公里,路内有的区段已铺设十余年,迫切需要进行中修(破底清筛道床),目前各铁路局大都根据管内的线路特点、行车密度采取不同的施工方法,但在一些问题上,如是否需要在施工前后放散钢轨应力、作业程序以及捣固方法等都有些争议。有的路局,在清筛前不放散应力,清筛时不封锁区间,剖车通过施工地点限速运行,逐孔倒筛,执行“筛一根捣一根”并进行多遍加强捣固的办法,力图避免在整理作业中高抬道,降低线路稳定性;本文介绍上海铁路局线桥大修队所用的中修办法,他们在防止胀轨跑道方面采取了一系列措施,在施工和运营过程中未发生过事故。各有关工务段可结合管内具体情况做为参考或在施工中试用,以便通过实践使有益的经验得到推广,并从错误的经验中吸取教训。
