2011年12月28日,教育部正式印发义务教育19个学科课程标准(2011年版)。这是继2001年印发义务教育各学科课程标准(实验稿)后,我国义务教育课程改革的又一项重要举措。“新课标”修订的意义是什么?修订后各学科课程目标、课程功能定位以及课程内容、难度有何变化?修订后的课程标准是如何体现《教育规划纲要》提出的“坚持能力为重”原则的?为帮助广大一线教师更好地领悟新课标精神,本刊特邀省教科所义务教育研究室的几位专家,分别对初中语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、历史科目的新课标进行解读(初中思想品德科目请见本刊德育版,小学语文、数学、英语科目见本刊教学版),希望能为广大教师落实新课程标准、提高教育教学实效、实现专业成长提供帮助。
