1997年11月，全国农业和农村档案工作会议开在山西，因为山西的乡镇农村档案工作起步早、速度快、标准高。此后，外省的农业和农村档rrrrrrrrn案工作开始起步、完善、规范，而山西的这块工作则下坡路走得飞快。农村建档成果缘何难以巩固?本刊编辑部约请12位基层档案局长会诊此症，意在为我省农村档案工作寻找一条健康的发展之路。
In November 1997, the national meeting on agriculture and rural archives opened in Shanxi Province, because the work of rural archives in towns and villages in Shanxi started early, with high speed and high standard. Since then, the work of other provinces in agriculture and rural areas has begun to be started, improved and standardized, while this piece of work in Shanxi Province has gone downhill. Why is it difficult to consolidate the results of rural archiving? Editorial editorial board invited 12 grassroots archives of the disease consultation, intended to work for the province’s rural archives to find a healthy development.
