乙草胺对苎麻农田土壤微生物数量的影响

通过田间喷施3种浓度的乙草胺试验,观察其对苎麻农田生态系统中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的影响。结果表明,乙草胺在施入土壤之后对细菌、真菌、放线菌数量呈现抑制-逐渐恢复的趋势;施药7 d后,细菌、真菌、放线菌数量均大幅下降,并且随着浓度的增大下降越明显,之后这3类微生物数量逐渐恢复。 Three kinds of acetochlor were sprayed in the field to observe the effects on the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in ramie farmland ecosystem. The results showed that the amount of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes decreased after acetochlor was applied to the soil. After 7 days, the numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes decreased significantly. With the increase of concentration The more obvious the decline of the increase, after which the number of three kinds of microorganisms gradually restored.
