目的 探讨河南大蒜油的抗菌活性及测定与药理学作用有关的微量元素的含量。方法 用火焰光度法、原子吸收分光光度法测定11 种无机元素含量;用纸片法做抗菌活性试验。结果 大蒜油含(ppm)K2790 、Na337 、Ca234 、Mg317 、Fe65 、Mn12 .6 、Zn9.3 、Cu3 .3 、Mo0 .73、Ge0.72、Se0.031;大蒜油对三种革兰阳性球菌、七种革兰阴性杆菌或弧菌有较强的抑菌作用。结论 河南大蒜或大蒜油含有丰富的与诸多功效相关的微量元素和较强的抑菌作用。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of garlic oil in Henan and to determine the content of trace elements associated with pharmacological effects. Methods Flame photometric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of 11 inorganic elements. Antibacterial activity test was made by paper method. Results garlic oil containing (ppm) K2790, Na337, Ca234, Mg317, Fe65, Mn12. 6, Zn9.3, Cu3. 3, Mo0. 73, Ge0.72, Se0.031; Garlic oil has strong antibacterial activity against three Gram-positive cocci, seven Gram-negative bacilli or Vibrio. Conclusion Henan garlic or garlic oil is rich in trace elements and many antibacterial effects associated with many effects.
