采用刮刀涂布方式,在PET基材上分别制备了三层单一螺距叠加和单层梯度螺距分布的胆甾相液晶聚合物薄膜,薄膜厚度均匀,具有良好的膜基结合力。利用紫外可见分光光度计分别对薄膜的透射光谱进行测试,研究其宽波反射性能,反射波宽均达200nm。利用WGT-S透光率/雾度测试仪对薄膜透光率、雾度进行测试,分析了散射现象对薄膜透射光谱中反射波宽的影响,证明了雾度是表征胆甾相液晶聚合物薄膜的一个重要性能指标。
A three-layer cholesteric liquid crystal polymer film with single-pitch stacking and single-layer gradient pitch distribution was prepared on PET substrate by knife coating. The film thickness is uniform and has good film-based bonding strength. The transmission spectra of the films were tested by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, respectively. Their wide-wave reflection properties were studied. The reflection wave width reached 200nm. The light transmittance and haze of the film were measured by WGT-S transmittance / haze meter. The influence of scattering phenomenon on the reflection wave width in the transmission spectrum of the film was analyzed. It is proved that the haze is the property of the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer An important performance index of the film.
