21世纪以来,互联网行业飞速发展,我国也涌现出许多互联网企业,在互联网大数据时代下,也加大了对于人才的需求。传统的人力资源管理由于有诸多不足无法在如今互联网企业中应用,本文通过研究互联网大数据时代对企业人力资源管理的影响和面临的挑战,来思考企业如何在互联网大数据时代下对人力资源进行管理,如何提高企业核心竞争力,从而顺应社会潮流。
Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of the Internet industry, many Internet companies have emerged in China. Under the age of Internet big data, the demand for qualified personnel has also increased. Traditional human resource management can not be applied in today’s Internet enterprises because of its many deficiencies. This paper studies how enterprises exert human resources under the era of Internet big data by studying the impact and challenges on enterprise human resource management in the age of Internet big data. Management, how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, thus conform to the social trend.
