目的评价彩超定位经皮肝穿刺抽吸、置管治疗肝脓肿的临床价值。方法 26例肝脓肿在超声引导下,行经皮肝穿刺引流术。结果 26例患者穿刺置管引流均获成功,无并发症发生,穿刺置管后脓液引流通畅,痊愈出院。结论超声引导下穿剌抽吸及置管术安全有效、创伤小,可迅速缓解感染中毒症状,大多数情况下可取代外科手术治疗,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous aspiration and catheterization in the treatment of liver abscess. Methods Twenty - six patients with liver abscess under ultrasound guidance were treated with percutaneous transhepatic drainage. Results Twenty-six patients were successful in puncture and catheter drainage without any complication. After drainage, the drainage of pus was unobstructed and discharged. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided puncture aspiration and catheterization are safe and effective, with less trauma and can quickly relieve the symptoms of poisoning. In most cases, they can replace surgical treatment and have important clinical value.
