病儿,男,10岁。1988年10月24日因慢性鼻炎鼻塞明显,其父亲误将成人的滴鼻净(1:1000萘唑啉溶液)半瓶(约5 ml)一次挤入病儿双鼻腔,10min后出现头痛、头昏、胸闷,面色苍白及嗜睡。在当地医务室听诊心率30～40次/min,心律不齐,给于ATP口服及洗胃,未见明显好转,3 h后送到我院。门诊作心电图提示房率66次/min,室率38次
