青藏高原海拔高、昼夜温差大、冻融循环频繁等各种不利条件对沥青混合料强度特性影响显著。通过沥青混合料劈裂试验、弯拉试验与单轴抗压试验,研究油石比对沥青混合料强度特性的影响。借助方差分析方法研究油石比对沥青混合料劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯拉强度与抗压强度的影响程度。研究结果表明:SBR-AC-13和SBRAC-16沥青混合料的最佳油石比为6.5%,130号沥青混合料最佳油石比为6.0%。油石比对沥青混合料的抗弯拉强度及单轴抗压强度影响显著,在沥青混合料油石比6.0%~7.0%的基础上适当增加沥青用量,有利于提高沥青混合料的低温性能。
Various unfavorable conditions such as high altitude, large temperature difference between day and night, frequent freeze-thaw cycles, have a significant impact on the strength characteristics of asphalt mixtures. Through asphalt mixture splitting test, bending test and uniaxial compression test, the influence of the ratio of oil to stone on the strength characteristics of asphalt mixture was studied. Using variance analysis method to study the effect of oil-rock ratio on the splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength of asphalt mixture. The results show that the optimal ratio of asbestos is 6.5% for the SBR-AC-13 and SBRAC-16 bituminous mixtures, and 6.0% for the 130 bituminous mixture. Asbestos ratio has significant influence on the flexural strength and uniaxial compressive strength of asphalt mixture. Appropriate increase of asphalt content on the basis of 6.0% -7.0% of asphalt is beneficial to improve the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture.
