对传统成分的高锰钢及经过Cr、Ni、稀土等元素合金化的高锰钢进行了组织、结构和磨损性能分析。通过对各试样的点阵参数、耐磨性、磨痕形态的对比着重讨论了合金化对高锰钢奥氏体基体抗流变行为和加工硬化能力的影响 ,由此阐明了用合金化手段提高高锰钢耐磨性应综合考虑合金化对奥氏体基体的强化作用及形成弥散第二相碳化物两方面的因素
On the traditional composition of high manganese steel and after Cr, Ni, rare earth and other elements alloyed high manganese steel microstructure, structure and wear performance analysis. The influence of alloying on the rheological behavior and work-hardening ability of the austenite matrix of high-manganese steel was emphatically discussed by comparing the lattice parameters, wear resistance and wear scar morphology of each sample. Means to improve the wear resistance of high manganese steel should be considered alloying of the austenite matrix strengthening effect and the formation of dispersed second phase carbide two factors
