目的了解通道县食物中毒与饮用水污染事件发生的规律及特点。方法对2003-2009年发生在通道县食物中毒与饮用水污染事件的实验室检测结果及流行病学调查资料进行归纳分析。结果全县共发生食物中毒与饮用水污染事件16起,中毒人数326例,有3例死亡病例。发生地点以中小学校和饮食店为主,其次为农村,分别占37.50%和25.00%;发生时间以8-10月居首位,占62.50%(10/16);发病人群以学生为主,占51.53%;引起食物中毒与饮用水污染事件的危险因素以饮用水和肉及肉制品为主(62.50%),饮用水被污染引发的患病人数居首位(37.12%);致病因子以肠道致病菌居首位,占68.75%(11/16)。结论通道县食物中毒与饮用水污染事件的特点,与居民饮食习惯和气候特征有关,中小学校和饮食店发生食物中毒与饮用水污染事件的风险性较高;以肠道致病菌为致病因子引起的食物中毒与饮用水污染事件居首位。
Objective To understand the rules and characteristics of food poisoning and drinking water pollution incidents in Channel County. Methods The laboratory test results and epidemiological survey data of food poisoning and drinking water pollution in Datong County from 2003 to 2009 were summarized. Results A total of 16 food poisoning and drinking water pollution incidents occurred in the county, with 326 poisoning cases and 3 deaths. Occurred at primary and secondary schools and restaurants, followed by the rural areas, accounting for 37.50% and 25.00% respectively; the occurrence time in August-October top, accounting for 62.50% (10/16); the incidence of students to students, Accounting for 51.53%. The risk factors causing food poisoning and drinking water pollution were mainly drinking water and meat and meat products (62.50%), and drinking water pollution was the first (37.12%). Pathogenic factors To enter the first place of pathogenic bacteria, accounting for 68.75% (11/16). Conclusions The characteristics of food poisoning and drinking water pollution in Channel County are related to residents’ eating habits and climatic characteristics. There is a high risk of food poisoning and drinking water pollution incidents in primary and secondary schools and restaurants; Factors caused by food poisoning and drinking water pollution incident tops.
