任职教育中公文写作课教学的核心目的是提高学员适应任职岗位需要的写作能力。这要求在教学中转变原有思维,紧贴部队实际和培养对象岗位实际需求安排课程,以研究解决实际问题为牵引,改变原有的公文写作教学模式。因而针对任职教育的特点,可尝试采取多种方法,如研讨式、案例式、比较式、模拟式教学方法来提高教学质量,实现教学目的,取得良好教学效果。
The core purpose of education in official document writing is to improve the ability of students to adapt to the job requirements. This requires changing the original thinking in teaching, keeping close contact with the actual situation of the troops and training practical needs of target positions to arrange courses to study and solve practical problems as the traction, change the original teaching mode of writing writing. Therefore, according to the characteristics of office education, we can try many ways, such as seminars, case studies, comparative tests and analog teaching methods to improve the teaching quality, achieve the teaching objectives and achieve good teaching results.
