目的采用GC法建立舒肝和胃丸的指纹图谱。方法采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.5μm),FID检测器,柱温为程序升温,进样口温度:220℃,检测器温度:280℃,载气为氮气,柱流速:1 ml·min-1,分流比:10∶1。测定了11批舒肝和胃丸,建立其气相指纹图谱。结果指纹图谱中共标记了17个峰,相似度在0.825~0.972范围内。结论该方法准确、可行,可作为舒肝和胃丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the fingerprint of Shugan Hewei Pills by GC method. Methods The column temperature was programmed with HP-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.5 μm) and FID detector. The inlet temperature was 220 ℃, the detector temperature was 280 ℃, the carrier gas was nitrogen and the column Flow rate: 1 ml · min-1, split ratio: 10: 1. 11 batches of liver and stomach pills were measured and their gas phase fingerprint was established. Results There were 17 peaks in the fingerprints and the similarities ranged from 0.825 to 0.972. Conclusion The method is accurate and feasible and can be used as a quality control method for Shugan and stomach pills.
