Suzuki-Miyaura catalyst-transfer polycondensation (SCTP),which proceeds following a chain-growth polymerization mechanism,has become a powerful protocol for controlled synthesis of conjugated polymers.1-5 However,for all the examples of SCTP,a bulky electron-donating ligand,t-Bu3P,is necessary,which results in preferable intramolecular oxidative addition over intermolecular catalyst migration,leading to a chain-growth mechanism.
