Wnt signaling pathway is one of important intracellular signaling transduction system, and participates in the tumorigenesis, signal transduction, cell cycle control and proliferation, cell migration and differentiation, cell adhesion etc.It also plays an important role in embryonic development and cell proliferation.Tumor suppressor in lung cancer 1 (TSLC 1) is a tumor suppressor gene recently discovered in nonsmall cell lung cancer.TSLC1 plays an important role in cell adhesion, immune surveillance, cell motility and signal transduction etc.Recent studies showed that expression of TSLC1 is loss or low level in most human cancer cells, which closely correlate with the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis. However, the study on molecular mechanism and intracellular signal transduction pathway of TSLC1 in liver cancer is unclear and needs to be further clarified.
